I've never really showed much interest in government or politics. History puts me to sleep faster than prescription Ambien. But older I get I realize that the government actually affects my life tremendously and the years of falling asleep in history class have made me somewhat handicapped when it comes to political jargon. As part of a requirement for my government class, I anticipate this blog to be my best hope at understanding what the hell is going on out there.
